For each development, we procure all financing, manage governmental entitlements, community outreach and the ultimate transaction; we manage design, cost-estimating/value engineering, bidding, permitting; additionally, we manage construction, change orders, construction draws and close-out. Finally, as owner or as owner’s representative, we oversee initial lease-up to ensure a limited operating deficit expenditure and LIHTC compliance.
Through a related entity, we provide property management services or oversight of any third party-property manager to ensure long-term asset maintenance and financing compliance. Each of the properties listed below are mixed-income communities or developments offering market-rate and affordable for-sale, market-rate rental, LIHTC rental and CHA replacement units.
We have been successful integrating community and supportive services and hiring goals into the overall development of each project in partnership with our general contractor and working with a Stateway Community Partners, a non-profit social service provider.

DV Property Management LLC (DVPM) was created by principals of the Davis Group to provide investment grade property management and reporting services for its own institutional investment clients and select third party owners. DVPM invests in the staff’s continual professional development through such designations as the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). DVPM’s principals are also involved in local and national real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
