The Columbian is 47 story 220 unit for-sale condominium tower located on the northwest corner of Michigan and Roosevelt that overlooks Grant Park, Solider Field, the City Museum Campus and Lake Michigan. The Columbian has the distinction of being the tallest handset masonry building in North America. This project was managed entirely by The Davis Group. That process includes activities related to land acquisition; entitlement, design; construction budgeting and value engineering; marketing; sales; and construction management. The building was finished on time and under budget, and sales proceeds were sufficient to pay off the construction lender.
