Consists of 21 single family, 4 townhouses, and 66 two-bedroom condominiums, in 22 three flat structures just north of the notorious Cabrini Green public housing complex. This was the first market rate development in the area prior to WW II. This was the first market rate for-sale development to include CHA replacement units. The developer retained title to 16 of the condominium units, which are currently leased to the Chicago Housing Authority for 30 years. The units are managed by the owner who also screens and approves all tenants. There is no way to distinguish the public housing units from the market rate units.
